NOLA City Bark Little Free Library

When New Orleans was recovering from the devastation of the floods following the levee breaks, a group of concerned citizens/dog lovers joined together to create New Orleans’ first off-leash dog park. We opened our gates in March, 2010 and dedicated the park to all the animals that lost their lives to Hurricane Katrina and the floods that followed. More than just a dog park, we do dog adoption days for rescue groups, hold fund raisers for animals displaced by man-made and natural disasters, and work to educate the public about animal welfare. Our Little Free Library is part of that mission.

Are you the author or illustrator of a fiction or non-fiction book about dogs?
